When you have a full time job, perhaps a toddler at home, and a ton other responsibilities to attend to, it can be easy to let yoga or exercise fall off the priority list.
The only problem with this is that yoga helps keep a stressful life in check!
It teaches you:
- How to deal with stressful situations
- How to be more patient
- Compassionate towards others and yourself
- How to create structure and discipline by finding time for yoga in your life every day
I’m here to show you that practicing yoga doesn’t just exist in the classroom, or doesn’t need to be dedicated to two hours everyday, but you can do yoga right at your desk at work throughout the day!
