1) 1 hour Skype/Phone Assessment:
We get to chat over the phone to figure out exactly what you need from your practice. I want to know where you feel scared, stuck, and where you find simplicity. We might get into some heavy stuff too. From our session, I’ll be able to put together your perfect practice.
2) In 10 Days, You’ll Receive Your Personalized Video Yoga Practice
10 days after our phone call, You’ll receive your very own video custom practice taught in a way to help you overcome your fears, obstacles, empower you, build strength, find happiness, or maybe it’s just about melting away stress.
Everyone is different. You might need a practice focused on strength, energy, and confidence, or it could be about slowing things down, learning how to breathe, and opening up.
